An integral part of Landover’s history is creating US nationwide connectivity. SpectrumCo is Landover’s strategic initiative, designed to unlock and repurpose underutilized broadcast Spectrum for wireless connectivity. By aggregating 54MHz of Spectrum in the 600MHz band—historically reserved for Television Broadcasting—Landover is creating new nationwide, two-way mobile licenses that will add new low-band Spectrum propelling 5G and 6G expansion.
This Public-Private Partnership is set to increase Spectrum supply, enhance coverage, and bolster network capacity across the top 200 U.S. markets, covering over 95% of the population. This new supply of Spectrum provides Telecom carriers, ISPs, cloud providers, and other key players in delivering faster, reliable, and more accessible connectivity to millions of Americans.

Enabling ATSC 3.0
Landover is repurposing and enabling the use of Broadcasters’ Spectrum while also underwriting the financial cost of infrastructure for digital Broadcasters and legacy networks who are partnering with Landover in this effort to create more connectivity and distribution of data and content to the US consumer through their adoption of ATSC 3.0. This directly benefits Broadcasters and their OTA television consumers so that no one is left behind.
