Landover is currently providing services to the prepaid market segment. Our focus is on regional tier-two and tier-three markets and developing growth. Certain larger MSA markets will also be considered.

Primary focus - Northeast "Bell Atlantic" footprint including NY, CT, RI, MA, NJ, PA, DE, MD, WV, VA, and DC;

Opportunistic focus - Southeast footprint including NC, SC, TN, KY, GA, FL, TX, OK, AR, LA and other contiguous markets.

We look to strategically and opportunistically acquire certain markets via spectrum auction or from spectrum license owners.

Native Opportunities

Landover is a significant investor working with its own capital in Native Gaming and Resort projects. We provide Native economic development expertise and sophisticated capital formation including early stage investment capital as a strategic investor and partner. We do not manage gaming operations.

Through a direct investment, acquisition, joint venture arrangement and/or loan transaction perspective we look at investment opportunities in gaming and non-gaming facilities that improve gaming economics.

Our investment implementation and project process includes the following components:

Leverage Landover management expertise in economic development and experience in Native Country to attract complimentary capital and provide an alternative to traditional financing and growth facilitation.

Detailed strategic and operational roadmap to create value;

Hire and/or work with highly motivated and experienced operational managers;

Securitize and monetize operating assets on Native lands.
